Advertising a Project - As project owners, we often invest 70-80% of the planned budget ahead, allowing us to commit to and acquire bulk marketing. We frequently subsidise marketing activities and rely on platform success fees.

Any credit or refund is typically done so by way of a site credit.

Please contact support@allbizdealroom.com immediately if you are seeking a refund.

  • Can I get a refund for project preparation fees?

Preparation fees are calculated on an hourly basis for the consultant preparing the project. The typical hourly charge for a preparatory consultant is $200, including GST. For example, a $950 preparation is based on 3 -5 hours of work, excluding the production of any corporate video if applicable.

  • Is marketing required?

Since our launch in 2018, we have recognised the importance of driving traffic to our projects. In addition to promoting through our own platforms, 30,000+ users, external platforms, and social media, we also employ paid marketing to get desired results. It also demonstrates the project owner is serious and we strive for the same objective.

  • What is the typical time to find investors?

  • Why do i need an information memorandum?

The information memorandum or pitch deck is essential to accurately present the business to possible purchasers or investors, allowing the party to consult with their consultants, accountants, and legal experts or seek funds. Overall, the memorandum solidifies the opportunity and enables the project owner to incorporate legal disclaimers to protect themselves.

  • What type of investors are on your site?

Our clients range from traditional business buyers to high nett worth investors seeking million-dollar plus investment returns. This stems from our beginnings as a business brokerage and our transition in 2018 to working with partnerships and investment transactions.

  • Are you business brokers ?

We began as a business brokerage and expanded in 2018 to allow sellers and project owners represent themselves on our platform. Today, more than 90% of our projects are classified as "self-sell" or "for sale by owner," although many of our approved consultants are business brokers, accountants, and coaches.

  • What about crowd funding?

We are not a crowdfunding site, but we frequently collaborate with crowdfunding to provide additional leverage to project owners. For example, crowdfunding allows the project owner to reach out to small, mum and dad investors who may only want to contribute $10,000, whereas we focus on professional and sophisticated investors, business buyers, and partners who are willing to invest $500,000 or more.

Since our launch in 2018, we have recognised the importance of driving traffic to our projects. In addition to promoting through our own platforms, 30,000+ users, external platforms, and social media, we also employ paid marketing to get desired results.
